Storage Tips for skid steer sweepers

1. After use, use a water gun to clean the surface of sweeper and the brush drum.

2. Hydraulic oil pipes, motor interfaces and other parts should be covered and sealed.

3. Check the connecting bolts of all parts of the sweeper, and fasten all loose bolts and nuts.

4. All lubrication points on the sweeper should be filled with butter in time.

5. Replace the damaged or ambiguous signs and labels on sweeper.

6. Proper adjustment can make the brush work better. Check the brush as follows:

a. Move the sweeper to a flat and dirty floor.

b. Rotate at low speed, lower sweeper, and run for 3-5 minutes in the working state.

c. Reverse skid steer loader after raising sweeper, start parking brake, turn off the hydraulic power, and check the brush. The cleaning width of the brush in touch with the ground should be between 30-60mm, and the length is equivalent to the cleaning width of the sweeper.
